Description
A dramatic canyon landscape stretches under a sky filled with thick, white clouds. Rugged cliffs and green vegetation contrast with the arid earth tones of the rocky terrain.
Canyon del Muerto is first glimpsed at the Antelope House Overlook. There is a short walking path heading south which splits into two paths - to the west takes one to a viewpoint of the Antelope House Ruin, below a vertical, 600 foot cliff. This site includes both kivas and towers.
Some digital effects were applied to the original image after the photograph was made. No electrons were harmed during the transition.
