Description
Snow covered winter dormant weeds found in an alley in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The wall behind is the north side of the Palace of the Governors on the Square.
I actually found a poem called "Ode to a Weed" on line, but it was about a different weed that smells sweet when it's smoked. These look like ordinary weeds. Or, maybe grass that has gone south for the winter...
