Description
Each morning I arise before dawn and go down to the water to wait for the new day. As I walk through the sand, it clings to my bare feet and gets between my toes. This morning the water is colder than yesterday, but my toes tell me that it won't be long before the temperature rises. I go in to my knees, stand there and look at the first hints of the Sun on the horizon clouds.
Each minute and each new second, the tint of the clouds change from a cold gray to a warm pink glow as the Sun appears higher below the eastern horizon as I stand amazed in the water. With each day, new opportunities arrive, gone are the mistakes of yesterday and the chance to begin anew is now. Slowly, the new dawn breaks, and I rejoice.
Digital effects were added to the image after the original photograph was made.

Aha! I missed this one! This reminds me of the painting The Scream! Not sure why; the colors are all different and obviously the place is different, still it reminds me of that. :) v/f

The best time of day in my opinion , I am always up at 4am , not so good in winter,a beautiful image Jon.
