Description

A plant, fungus, or microorganism that lives on dead or decaying organic matter is called a saprophyte. These mushrooms were growing alongside an Oregon driveway in a bed of pine needles.

Some digital effects were applied to the original image after the photograph was made. No electrons were harmed during the transition. Ordered images will not contain the FAA watermark.
