A lovely capture of those marvelous cacti...we recently just got back from AZ and we had a wonderful time there camping and exploring.

Thanks Gary! Hi to all!

Artist's Description

On September 4, 1886, Apache leader Geronimo surrendered to United States government troops. For 30 years, the Native American warrior had battled to protect his tribe’s homeland; however, by 1886 the Apaches were exhausted and outnumbered. General Nelson Miles accepted Geronimo’s surrender, making him the last Native American warrior to formally give in and signaling the end of the Indian Wars in the Southwest.

Some digital effects were applied to the original image after the photograph was made. No electrons were harmed during the transition. Your finished photograph will not contain the Fine Art America watermark.
