Doesn't look like this now. The photograph was made along the Big Thompson River in the Big Thompson Canyon in northern Colorado prior to the 2013 fall floods that tore the landscape up.
What you see has now been replaced with rubble and rocks of various sizes. Given enough time, the river will recover again. It always has and it always will. But for now...
